50-year-old man tragically killed in a bicycle accident in Georgia

Georgia State Patrol reports a bicycle rider was killed after he was hit by two vehicles at a Georgia intersection.
The fatal accident reportedly took place in a primarily residential area of Macon early Saturday morning, November 5. A sheriff’s office investigation is underway.
Following the incident, one of the motorists fled the scene, while the driver of the second vehicle which was also involved in the terrible accident chose to remain at the scene as emergency assistance arrived.
Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones confirmed the identity of the cyclist who died as Rupert Shane Ward, 50.
