Two car collision in Georgia leaves several people injured

Georgia State Patrol has reported a two car collision in Georgia at the intersection of Washington Road and Alexander Drive in Augusta.
The accident reportedly occurred at the busy intersection at around 9 PM on November 13, Sunday. The Richmond County Sheriff’s office is investigating the cause of the action.
Multiple patrol cars and ambulances responded to help evacuate the injured as quickly as possible.
Officers on the scene said the injuries weren’t life-threatening, but one of the drivers involved was taken away in an ambulance.
As a result of the accident, only one lane was blocked at the intersection, and the intersection was cleared within an hour.
